【Abstract】: With the rapid development of the Internet, people's information gap on events has gradually narrowed, and the drawbacks of the Internet have become more clear to the people. This article refers to the right of personality in the Civil Code; Conduct a specific Analysis of the psychology of online violence in group incidents on the Internet, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Right to Reputation and the Cyber Information Security Law.
